He'll ask you to bring him a Flame Degen which is a sword. In return he'll give you a map of Castle Zvahl. A very useful map for mission 5-2 of all nations as well as some coffer key hunts and AF NM fight with Dark Spark. So it's a very good idea to get this quest done. The easy way is to buy the Flame Degen from the Auction House and just trade it to Radeivpart. If you don't want to spend your gil then head over to Ordelle Caves and kill Napalm, a bomb type mob, until a Flame Degen drops.
