Talk to the gate guard to pick up this mission. If you don't see this mission available for you to do then you may need to boost your rank bar up by trading crystals to the guard that cast signet on you or do the previous repeated missions over again to boost your rank bar.
The gate guard will tell you that some children have been taken hostages by the Orcs and you need to save them. Head over to the cathedral in North San D'Oria and talk to the head priest there. Do not forget to do this. Once that's done, it's time to fight some NM Orcs. Head over to Ghelsba Outpost at G-9. You can buy the Ghelsba Map from a vendor in San D'Oria. You'll find a hut there. Click on the door of the hut to enter the BCNM fight. You'll be facing 3 NM Orcs. You can go together with other party members if you wish. Remember that the other party members that are helping need to have either finish this mission already or on the same mission as you or else they won't be able to enter the BCNM fight. On the save side, you can solo this mission at level 12 easily.
Once you defeat the Orcs, you will need to re-enter the hunt again to get another cut scene. Do not forget to do this. Once that's done, head back to the gate guard to finish the mission. You can also talk to the head priest in the cathedral again to finish the mission properly.
