Talk to the gate guard to pick up this mission. If you don't see this mission available for you to do then you may need to boost your rank bar up by trading crystals to the guard that cast signet on you or do the previous repeated missions over again to boost your rank bar.
If you see this mission and don't want to do it then continue to trade crystals to the guard that cast signet till your Rank bar is high enough that the next mission after this
one is available for you to do.
If you decide to take this mission, the gate guard will simply ask you to get him a Crystal Bass fish. There are two ways to do this. The first and easy way is to just buy the fish at Auction House. The last way to do it is head over to Jugner Forest to J-9 where there is a spring and fish for the Crystal Bass, assuming if your fishing skill is high enough. Once you have the fish trade it to the gate guard and head over to Chateau D' Oraguille and talk to Curilla to get a few cut scenes to complete the mission.
