Once you arrive in Al Zahbi Whitegate, head to I-10 and talk to Naja Salaheem to begin your first actual TAU mission. Naja will ask you to deliver a supply to any of the 5 staging points. For the sake of completing this mission, we'll use the staging point at Caedarva Mire since it's the easiest to get to. Take the boat in the northern docks of the Aht Urhgan Whitegate to Nashmau. From there head north and zone out to Caedarva Mire. Now to reach the staging point where, get sneak and invisible on and head to K-9 where you will reach a gate. Enter the gate and talk to the NPC there to deliver the supplies. Now make sure to take the Runic Portal to warp back to Whitegate from the staging point to activate that Runic Portal. Upon warping back to Whitegate, head to Naja again to finish the quest. After completing this quest, you are now able to have sanctions cast on you and have access to Moogle Locker.
