He wants you to find Isween out in Wajaom Woodlands at night. Wait till night time then head out to the Woodlands at K-7. You'll find a ??? there and click on it to get a cut scene. Go back and talk to Mishhar afterwards. Now you need to head to Wajaom Woodlands E-12 and enter Mamook. As you enter Mamook, just head straight a bit and you'll find a ??? there and clicking onto it will bring up a cut scene. After all that go back to Mishhar to finish the quest and get your reward.
