Talk to Tehf Kimasnahya at F-8 Whitegate. She will ask you to procure a Vial of Luminous Water and will tell you that she knows Ekhu Pesshyadha at H-6 has some.
Talking to Ekhu, she will tell you that she will only give it to you
if you bring her this new cute guy that she has seen, Zabhaf at F-8 standing next Tehf. Go talk to Zabhaf and then go back to
Ekhu for another cut scene where she gives you the Luminous Water.
Return to Tehf where she tells you the the Luminous Water was for making
a special potion to remove all her desires.
Now walk to J-10 under a bridge for a cut scene where you find Tehf has been lied to. Go back and talk to Tehf aftewards.
Finally, wait until 9 AM PST next day and speak to Tehf again. She will thank you for your services and reward you with a Bibiki Seashell.
